Root Cause For Almost All Degenerative Diseases:
I want to start by saying that I am not a Doctor neither a Nurse, all what I want to do is to share my conclusions derived after many months of searching for answers for some health problems and this is what I found to prevent or cure them.
I was especially interested in knowing more about causes of degenerative diseases and why seems to be a raising health trend. Toward this end I did read many book, reports, searched medical sites, asked doctors, ill people that has been under some not conventional therapies and much more. After all this research I come up with a very interesting conclusion: Almost all if not all degenerative diseases have a common root cause and this is the lack of insufficient oxygen to cells and tissues. This problem can be worsened by the lack of proper nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino and proteins and to other factors that we can control our self such as improving our eating habits and life style. These factors include stress, lack of exercise, lack of exposition to oxygenated outdoors, nature life and some others. Please note that Oxygenation is not the same as Oxidation which is caused by cells damaging free radicals.
Free radicals are generated by the normal chemical body metabolism in which an atom
or molecule of oxygen or compound loses one electron from the outer ring, this forms
a radical and makes the atom or molecule very chemically active and therefore easily
combinable with other vital molecules in the cells damaging them. In other words

For me is hard to understand why if this common diseases factor has been known for so long time by the medical establishment no sufficient attention has been paid to it, maybe because It’s a better business just to control the diseases than eradicate them. It is clear that people with degenerative diseases are pharmaceutical companies lifetime clients, so under this situation do they really wants to kill the golden eggs chicken?. By focusing on procedures to assure cells proper oxygenation and nourishing many if not all degenerative diseases should not exist or not at the ages we are getting them now.
One thing is for sure; the oxygen level that our body cells needs has been in constant reduction in our modern life that combined with other factors is causing degenerative diseases such as cancer, diabetes, atherosclerosis, stroke, heart attacks etc. Let me summarize some of these factors:
1. The availability oxygen has been in decline generation after generation due these and other causes:
The progressive reduction of 50% of forests since 10,000 years ago.
Shift of population distributions from rural to highly concentrated urban conglomerates resulting in more toxic gases generated and emitted to the atmosphere. These gases reduce the normal 21% oxygen concentration (at sea level) in medium and large cities, especially in cities with high pollution or heavy industries. Nobody needs to be a scientist to know that this is translated in to less breathing oxygen.
Our houses indoors are in most cases more polluted that the outdoors thanks to our modern hair sprays, nail paint removers vapors, insecticides of all types, electrical aromatics controls, odors controls, all fumes generated by cooking, electrical appliances and equipment and our habit to keep the doors and windows closed in winter. All this reduces the availability of oxygen and increases the (CO2) carbon dioxide.
Thanks to our automation and wireless controls of our “modern life” we don’t need to walk much, not even to make a phone call, as we all know all reduction in exercise is translated into less cell oxygenation.
2. Our eating habits have changed drastically from the last 100 years, now we eat more vegetables and grains grown with pesticides and chemicals and more processed food with lots of preservatives and tons of salt, practically all meat we eat is from hormones growth animals. As more toxins substance are in our body more oxygen is used to get rib of it and less oxygen for our cell nourishing.
3. We have substituted natural sugar with artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, splenda, saccharine etc. with dangerous consequences.
4. We all now drink sodas, artificial flavors juices, nectars and other over sweetened drinks instead of just plain water. Drinking these beverages one or two times in a week is not too bad, the problem is that we have practically replaced the healthy habit of drinking plain water with one or more of these modern drinks, these products stresses out the pancreas, the constant intake of these products will cause diabetes sooner or later but more likely sooner.
5. Our modern life style is a strong stress generator; this causes our body to change his PH toward the acidic side. To eliminate the excess acid our cells uses more oxygen, as more acidic is our body more oxygen is required to eliminate the acid excess reducing this vital element for other important cell functions. 6. We all take drugs for almost any reason or for any illness real or imaginary, most of the drugs causes chemical reactions in our body altering the oxygenation equation in one way or other. Medicine need to be taken only when strictly necessary it’s a fact many medicines changes the body PH balance and makes it more acidic causing cells oxygenation reduction.
As we get older our bodies start experiencing oxygenation reduction levels due to
many factors, this prevents the proper assimilation of nutrients, and at the other
hand the lack of these nutrients prevents the cells from obtaining the proper oxygenation

You may say “yes, but any ways we all are getting older each day”, yes! but this
doesn’t necessarily means that we should get degenerative diseases prematurely, if

In most cases allopathic and alternative medicine differ on symptoms causes, diagnostics
and treatments. Allopathic doctors attack diseases only in alignment with what they
have learned in their respective specialties being loyal to what they were trained
to do, to see and to say. Most allopathic doctors are sadly enclosed in a very narrow
knowledge horizon limited by they own area of expertise and don’t want to explore
beyond this self-
Allopathic doctors from different specialties trend to disqualify medicine therapies for which they aren’t familiarized and from fields that they haven’t explored, loosing with this a tremendous synergetic potential to really come up with an integral solution for many diseases that plague the humanity.
I want to be clear that I am not suggesting that you should stop consulting your doctor and stop taking your medication, please don’t, it could be life threatening. Allopathic medicine has done a great job in saving many lives and reducing suffering however much better results could be obtained if doctors from the allopathic, homeopathic and other called “Alternative Medicine” work together rather than constantly negating the qualities of each other.
Mi vision on what a “Modern Medicine” should be is a one that must combine all approaches selecting the best from each and removing what doesn’t work. We shouldn’t call “Modern Medicine” only to allopathic medicine it has many elements that we must keep while others should be urgently revised because they are no more that money making strategies of the pharmaceutical companies.
Please inform yourself before you decide what course of action to take for your specific health condition, don’t rely only on the opinion of just a single doctor from just one specific medicine field. Please search and compare different options, you will find out there many other solutions. It’s sad to say that what we know as “Modern Medicine” is fueled in a big proportion by huge profits interests.
